Ingredients: 2 large slices marble rye bread toasted
1 tsp olive oil
4 to 6 ounces button mushrooms sliced thin
1/2 tsp garlic powder
1/4 tsp coarse kosher salt
1 tblsp tamari or soy sauce
1/3 cup hummus
1/2 of a large hass avocado mashed
Hemp seeds for sprinkling optional
Instructions:
Heat a skillet over medium heat, add oil and mushrooms, cook until browned. Add garlic powder, salt and tamari. Stir gently.
To assemble, spread the hummus evenly over the toasted rye bread. Spread the mashed avocado on top of the hummus. Top with the garlic mushrooms and sprinkle with hemp seeds.
