Ingredients:
1/4 cup water
1/4 cup lemon juice
1/4 cup tamari or reduced sodium soy sauce
2 cloves garlic
1/2 inch piece fresh garlic
2 tsp or more of hot sauce (I use chili garlic sauce)
1/3 cup unsweetened sunflower butter (or any of your favorite nut butters)
(if you have a zucchini laying around you could add a 2 inch piece to make this dressing thicker but it isn't necessary)
Instructions:
Add all ingredients to a blender and blend until smooth. Add salt and pepper if needed.
